Nobody is ever prepared to become a victim or witness of a criminal offence. That is why support in these circumstances is exceptionally important.
If you are not sure how responding to a court order or refusing to testify will affect you, how long the court proceedings could take, whether you can have company, what a courtroom looks like, how you can redeem travelling expenses, or if you have any other questions or concerns – do not hesitate to contact us.
Even if you are not Croatian citizen and you were a victim or a witness of criminal offence on the territory of Republic of Croatia, contact us for help and support.
